All Miss and Teen Candidates
You must submit a headshot photograph (jpg) and all music must be submitted in a MP3 format (90 second limit) with your paperwork by, Friday, August 21st, 2026 to

MISS and TEEN candidates will register for a local competition via a link that Miss America has provided to us. Follow the link below to register and pay the $49.99. The $49.99 is paid one time per year.
- All candidates must register through the official Club portal at
club.missamerica.org/club-membership and pay the $49.99 membership fee. - – Once a candidate signs up correctly, she will receive a confirmation text letting her know a Delegate Agreement email is on the way.
– After that, she’ll receive another message (text/email) congratulating her on participation and providing instructions to create a SpotFund account. - Each candidate should have only ONE SpotFund account, regardless of how many local competitions she enters.
– For example, if a candidate competes in six locals before winning a title, she should still be using just one SpotFund account throughout the entire process. - Last year, some candidates were incorrectly told they needed a new account for each local, which caused significant confusion and complications on the Miss America side. Please help us avoid a repeat of this.
- The same SpotFund account will be used for both local and state competitions.
- All candidates must create a new SpotFund account for the 2026 cycle.
– They should not use their account from the previous season.
– Please share the official link with them to ensure they’re using the correct platform (link provided below).
- Before each local competition, please check each candidate’s SpotFund account:
– If this is her second local of the season, she should have $60 in her account ($30 per local).
– This detail was often missed last year, and we are working to tighten up the process moving forward
Contestants must raise $30 for AHA
(American Heart Association) in each local they compete in.
This MUST BE raised BEFORE they begin any phase of competition on local level.
