Miss Minnesota Week June 20-25,2021

Wishing our Miss Moorhead 2020, Whitney McClain A week of success, and memories as she competes for the Title of Miss Minnesota!

Miss Moorhead, Whitney McClain, will represent the Community of Moorhead at the Miss Minnesota Competition in Eden Prairie, MN, June 20-25. Miss MN is a preliminary to Miss America. Whitney will be singing "Home" from the Wiz for her talent. Competition nights are Thursday and Friday, June 24th and 25th The event will be held at Grace Church Auditorium, Eden Prairie Campus. Tickets can be purchased on the Miss Minnesota website, missminnesota.org, for in-person and virtual viewing.
Whitney is a native of Hawley, MN. She is a 2020 Minnesota State University Moorhead/Musical Theatre, graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree.
Whitney will compete in the areas of Interview, Talent, Evening Wear/Social Impact Statement, and On-Stage Question. Her Social Impact Initiative focus is "Alive Inside: Conquering the Stigma of Mental Illness"
