Miss Moorhead 2020 Participates in Miss Minnesota Service-A-Thon to raise scholarship funds. Whitney is working to MASK-UP students in style. I am blown away by the financial support I have received from my friends and family members. I have raised $1,100 so far for scholarships for women! I am absolutely overwhelmed by how well the Service-A-Thon was received. With 1 week left I am hopeful that I will get a few last minute checks rolling in. (Hopefully this puts me in the running to bring a scholarship back to Moorhead for the 2021 pageant) Attached are a few pictures of me in action. I have volunteered several hours already with our "main event" being this weekend. I will be creating an adoption video for another long term resident dog in hopes that he will get adopted too. Here I am pictured with "lovies" we made for the kitty cages and with some animals I have promoted on my Instagram account. COVID has thrown a wrench in my service plans because of the limited number of volunteer hours available at the Humane Society.
