The Miss Minnesota Organization is pleased to announce
Treasure Island Resort & Casino as the new home of the Miss Minnesota Scholarship Competition, which will take place Friday, June 23, 2023. 
The Miss Minnesota Organization is excited to welcome Treasure Island Resort & Casino as our new sponsor/partner into the Miss Minnesota family!  Located in Welch, Minnesota (and a very short drive to historic Red Wing), Treasure Island is home to the Prairie Island Indian community.  We look forward to working with Treasure Island as we begin this new journey in our new "home".  Competition will be  Preliminaries on June 21, 22 and Final on June 23, with tickets going on sale through Ticketmaster the week of April 17!

Woohoo! Yesterday we had orientation and picked our contestant orders. I chose #2 because throughout my childhood, 2 was my lucky jersey number. It was nice getting to see familiar faces and meet new friends. Next up, the Miss MN competition in June! Cannot wait to see you at Treasure Island Resort and Casino June 21-23! Tickets go on sale the week of April 17th. They can be purchased at missminnesota.org

Gun Sense and Safety Week Press Conference

​One week ago, Concordia student Jacob Schoenborn and I spoke at a press conference to kick-off Gun Sense and Safety week where students and community members are signing letters to Senator Kupec in support of Senate File 1116 and 1117. Last week, we already had 150 letters and this week we have even more! With the overwhelming amount of gun casualties, action is long overdue and I encourage everyone, regardless of political affiliation, to learn more about these bills and how our government is handling gun violence. Thanks to Martha Wheeler as well for sharing your story!

The Miss Minnesota Delegates will be meeting in Walsh Minnesota on Saturday April 15th at Treasure Island Resort and Casino for Orientation. Treasure Island is the new home of the Miss Minnesota Program. Soon tickets will be on sale for the three day competition that will be held on June 21,22 ,and 23.
